The Orion Pro and Pro (2.0) Series include a 2-year limited warranty.

The Orion Edge, Edge (2.0), and Embers include a 1-year limited warranty.

Warranty is only valid to Orion RLT devices purchased by the original customer.

What does this warranty cover? 

Orion RLT warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. During the warranty period, Orion RLT will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of products that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

What will Orion RLT do to correct the problems?

Orion RLT will either provide a repair or replacement at no charge, or exchange the product for a refund of the purchase price. For the first 180 days, Orion RLT will be responsible for all shipping costs. After the first 180 days, the customer will be responsible for all product shipping charges while in transit to the Orion RLT distribution center located in Canada. Any replacements will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. 

What does the warranty not cover? 

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, modification, unauthorized repair, storage and transportation. Orion RLT warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
