All Orion 3 and Pro 2 panels include a 60-day trial period. You may return your item for any reason (some exceptions apply) within 60 days for a full refund.
The Orion Edge 2 and Embers Sauna Blanket includes a 30-day trial period. You may return your item for any reason (some exceptions apply) within 30 days for a full refund.
Returns must be postmarked before the end of the trial period, which commences upon receipt of the product. Returns shipped after the trial period will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
All return shipping cost is paid by the customer. This applies to all domestic and international orders. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us. All returns must be received in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging. All returns received with missing components may be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the returned device is damaged in any way, the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender.
All domestic and international returns are required to ship to our return center located in Canada.
